Basic cost of participation in CEDE 2015

1. Registration fee
The registration fee amounts to 330 EUR regardless of the exhibition space ordered.

2. Exhibition space
The cost of rental of the serial raw exhibition space amounts to 117 EUR/sqm.
Non-serial space surcharges:
+12 EUR/sqm - corner
+15 EUR/sqm - peninsula (three-side-open)
+19 EUR/sqm - island
Exhibition space order has to be placed on application form A - available in Exhibitor's Panel

3. Standard stand construction (shell scheme)
- 34 EUR/sqm - booth up to 26 sqm
- 32 EUR/sqm- booth from 26 sqm to 40 sqm
- 30 EUR/sqm - booth above 40 sqm

Basic construction comprises:
• Side walls,
• Fascia board with company name (HELVETICA type) without any graphic elements, company logo, dim of 100 x 70(H)cm for stands 12 m2 and over,
• Lighting – 1 pc of 150 W lamp per each 3 m2 of the stand,
• Double power socket 230 V,
• Carpeting,
• Table and 4 chairs,
• Hanger,
• Waste basket,
• Door curtain for stands below 20 m2, and folding door for stands over 20 m2.

4. Individual stand construction
Booth with construction provided by exhibitor or by individual contractor is subject to the following charges:

Lump-sum
- 3,00 EUR/sqm - for booth up to 100 sqm
- 2,00 EUR/sqm - for booth above 100 sqm

Waste disposal charges
- 2,30 EUR/sqm - for booth up to 150 sqm
- 275,00 EUR - for booth above 150 sqm

Power supply charges
- 58 EUR - 0,1 - 3,0 kW
- 94 EUR - 0,1 - 9,0 kW
- 123 EUR - 9,1 - 14,0 kW
- 157 EUR - 14,1 - 18,0 kW
- 220 EUR - 18,1 - 36,0 kW
Technical services for individual stands have to be ordered on application form E in Exhibitor's Panel
