Please make sure that shipping documents include Exhibitor’s name, stand number, contact person and phone number.
The Organiser does not collect any shipments on behalf of the Exhibitor. Delivery of any goods must be assisted by Exhibitor’s representatives or authorized forwarder upon individual order.

Recommended forwarders

Forwarding services provided by Poznan International Fair official forwarding companies:
• unloading and loading of the exhibition articles with no weight limit,
• transport of the exhibition articles to the exhibition venue,
• usage of a crane,
• empty boxes storage,
• customs clearance.
The deadline for declaring orders is 1 month before the beginning of a trade show.
