1 STEP: Sign-in on www.cede.pl
Due to change in participants registration system please create the new account in our service http://panel.cede.pl/visitor/login.
Free entry card will be automatically generated after the registration.
2 STEP: Free entry card
Each registered visitor will be able to download and print the free entry card to the Exhibition.
The card enable access to the fairgrounds to collect conference materials. The free entry card is no valid for conference and will be deactivated upon replacing it with the conference badge.
3 STEP: Placing the order
Upon placing the order proforma invoice will be issued. Payment can be made on-line via Payeezy (credit card, money transfer) or by bank transfer to the following accout:

Transfer title: day of conference/workshop, title and full name if the transfer is not made from the participant’s account.
4 STEP: Invoice, confirmation of regsitration
The invoice will be raised and e-mailed to the address given during the registration upon receipt of the payment for ordered events. Confirmation of your registration will also be send via e-mail. All documents (profroma invoice, order, invoice/s and free entry card) will be available on-line in your account.

Please fill in the order form downloaded from www.cede.pl. Send the form by email at info@cede.pl or print and sent it by regular mail.
2 STEP: Payment
Payment has be made by bank transfer to the following account:

Applications sent without the payment confirmation will be registered upon receipt of the fee.
3 STEP: Invoice
The invoice will be raised and sent to the address given during registration upon receipt of the payment.
4 STEP: Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of registration along with the barcode for entering Conference Reception (Western Entrance) will be sent on last week of August 2015 by regular mail together with the “Plan Your stay at CDEDE 2015”.
Phone orders will not be accepted.
