Patients often suffer from the unesthetic appearance regarding the surface color alterations, enamel caries and developmental disturbances. Contemporary adhesive treatment choices enable to overcome these disturbances within the minimal invasive approach. Beside minimally invasive direct restorations with newly developed adhesive materials, resin infiltration technique highly stands for either ultra-minimal infiltrative action of the white-spot enamel lesions or camouflaging the color of the enamel disturbances even abnormalities or florosis. Current lecture will include variety of cases management via direct minimal invasive esthetic treatment modalities.
