Ergonomics in dentistry has been widely agreed as problematic. However, recent studies and clinical experiences shows, that ergonomics can be at high level, if the environment enables it, and the person is aware of how to benefit from the environment. This lecture is based on science and knowledge of functional anatomy, and gives a concrete demonstration along with the arguments of how to promote ergonomics in clinical work.
